How Long a Build Takes
Once a port arrangement is locked at the bay, the build itself is mostly a question of what's already on the shelf versus what has to come from a manufacturer.
Port Adjustment vs. Full Rebuild
If your session ends with a port reweight on a head you already own, that's usually a same-day or next-day job — the ports are pulled, reweighted to spec, and torqued back in with the swingweight rechecked on the scale. A full build on a new head with a shaft install typically runs two to four business days when components are in stock.
Full iron sets with a set-wide port audit take longer, since every head gets weighed and corrected individually before the set is rechecked against the gapping printout.
